The room was very clean and well appointed. Beds and pillows are comfortable and room temperature is adjustable to your liking. Addy was our breakfast hostess. Addy was smiling , she was pleasant , and she prepared a great breakfast. First buffet in a long time where everything was piping hot!
Nice place to stay. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Quiet, clean room. Nice having a fridge and microwave. Didn’t partake in free breakfast, but he appeared to have limited selections.
Had a 2 queen room, very clean and tidy. Great water pressure. It is what you would expect for a standard hotel room but how clean it is made a difference. Check in staff are friendly. A shout out to Addy this morning making and serving breakfast, she is so sweet and friendly, thank you for making our day.
Our stay was 3 nights. And it was excellent! The room had great hot water, heat, and very clean. Comfy bed, soft pillows, space for everything. Great stay! Room was nice and clean. Ask for extra towels and wash clothes, and as soon as we hung the phone up they were knocking on the door with towels/wash clothes. Staff were very polite. Next time in Lynchburg I will stay here again.
**Clean Rooms & Outstanding Staff** I recently stayed at the Microtel in Lynchburg, VA and was very pleased with how clean and well-kept the rooms were. Everything felt fresh, organized, and comfortable, which made the stay relaxing. I also want to specifically mention Jhalil, the young man working in housekeeping. When we asked for extra towels, he was extremely polite, helpful, and genuinely pleasant to interact with. On top of that, he took the time to recommend some local hidden gems around Lynchburg for good food and fun, which really added to our trip. It’s refreshing to stay somewhere that not only maintains cleanliness but also has staff who clearly care about guests and take pride in their work. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
Very nice! Room was very clean, sleep was quiet and peaceful. Dining area is clean. Good hot and cold breakfast options. Addy does a very good job of checking the food regularly, replenishing where needed, and keeping the dining area clean. Thank you for such great service!
We were very pleased with the room, for the price, the only issue we had was the TV wasn't working probably. Maintenance man was honest, they put us in another room, that TV had the same issue, then put us in another room. So in a 4 day visit we moved twice. We weren't there to watch TV, but at the end of a long day we wanted to relax and watch TV. They were very accommodating to us!
